The Energetic Shift That Fills Your Pipeline: How to Attract More Clients by Reorienting Your Focus

If you are a spiritually inclined business owner who wants more clients in your pipeline right now -I want you to pay VERY close attention to this thread.

I am breaking down what I do with my clients so that they think I’ve performed witchcraft (I have), but this is how I have actually done it.

I have RE-ORIENTED their energy so that it is in alignment with their destiny clients.

Sounds like fluff? Don’t worry, let’s go deeper.

As business owners (especially solopreneurs) we can find ourselves obsessing over our sales numbers…

& we all know the result, dwindling sales, dwindling enquiries. It’s the beginning of a spiral.

This is what happens when we become self-oriented instead of client oriented.

INSTEAD you need to change your orientation and energy so that you are obsessed with your target client and how to solve the problem you are called to solve for them.

This means that if you are a career coach for black women, you OBSESS about what your she (your ideal client) needs to do to get a promotion in THIS ENVIRONMENT (hello? 👋🏾)

You think about all the standard advice out there & you pick out the ones that no longer work.

You think about how the world is changing & is about to change for your client & you OBSESS about how that will affect them emotionally, mentally & strategically.

You don’t just map out the transformation - you map out the transformation BEHIND the transformation.

You don’t stop doing this until you have new & fresh ideas to bring to your content & offers. Until you KNOW beyond a shadow of a doubt that she is safe with you & will get the result.

Make no mistake, this is just as much an ENERGETIC practice as it is a strategic one.

By investing this level of energy into your clients up front, you will have put so much into the energy exchange already - that charging 4 or 5 figures will no longer feel uncomfortable for you.

Your content will lift right off the page into your clients hearts.

You can tell that you are not in this energy because you keep skipping over the basic ideal client avatar or niching work and thinking it is irrelevant, unimportant or boring.

But those are just tasks which act as a vehicle for the energetic practice of obsession. Folks, I am not talking about hustle, I’m talking about orientation!

You can tell that you aren’t nowhere close to doing this, when you are more focused on your special modality than you are about your clients problems.

When I was climbing the ladder quickly in corporate, colleagues would wonder how I was doing it (because I wasn’t out here begging anyone for a promotion).

My level of obsession attracted every promotion to me ahead of time.

The same has been true in business.

But here is the thing - when I used to share this with clients, they would NEVER implement it straight away and that is because they were in ENERGETIC SCARCITY.

They were scared that if they diverted any attention or energy away from worrying and towards something else (their target client), that their business would be in an even worse position.

It’s the same reason why people are STILL gatekeeping information in 2025 when everything is already outside of the gate! They feel they are giving away their best stuff.

They do not feel SAFE to give more of themselves when they are worrying about the business.

This is why I do it WITH them in our sessions & I do it in a way that means that they don’t even realise what is happening.

But while we are strategising, I am re-orienting their energy back to their clients.

What they see is the result - which is that they feel more confident in their business, in their offers & in their strategy. And THAT confidence turns into better content, better offers & more sales.
